Nachdem ich von Rolf Tönnies' Weihnachtsbuch so begeistert war, habe ich mir dieses hier bestellt.Bei dem Titel und dem Cover hatte ich Hippie-Musik der 70er Jahre erwartet. Aber das Buch sollte lieber: "Volksmusik aus aller Welt" heissen. Das trifft den Inhalt besser.Alle Lieder sind zweistimmig notiert, mit Noten und Tabulatur für beide Stimmen. Das ist zwar nett gemeint, führt aber dazu, dass viele Lieder über 4, 6 oder 8 Seiten gehen. Man muss ständig blättern.
Schöne Songs, aber die unnötige Darstellung der Tabulatur verschwendet Platz und macht aus kleinen Songs mehrseitige Stücke. Unnötig und schlecht zu spielen.
Nachdem ich als Gitarrenanfängerin bereits wirklich sehr gute Erfahrungen mit der Gitarrenschule von Herrn Tönnes gemacht habe, habe ich mir nun zur Erweiterung meiner Gitarrenstücke den Folkband gekauft.Ich bin auch hier sehr zufrieden! Der Band beinhaltet 70 Stücke, die wirklich schön gewählt und umgesetzt sind. Viele Stücke waren mir bekannt und es macht großen Spaß, die gesungene Melodie mit der Gitarre zu begleiten. Es finden sich aber auch Vortragsstücke für solo Gitarre.Toll finde ich auch, dass das Notenbuch mit MP3-CD geliefert wird, so dass ich auch mit der u. a. vorhandenen Playbackversion spielen kann.Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!
Habe mir den Folkband zugelegt, da ich mir nochmal die Folk-Klassiker vornehmen wollte.Bin angenehm überrascht wie sauber und übersichtlich die Stücke gesetzt sind.Zusammen mit der CD, die wahlweise jedes Stück im Ganzen wie in Begleitung zur Verfügung stellt, kann ich mich in jedes Lied in ein nur paar Minuten einfinden.Macht richtig Spaß, daher: Voll empfehlenswert!
Das Buch hebt sich ein bißchen ab von anderen Folkbüchern,da hier Lieder aus aller Welt gezeigt werden (nicht nur aus Nordamerika). Mir gefällt die Auswahl der Stücke, die Arrangements sind interessant und sehr gut spielbar.Für mich als Gitarrenlehrer und auch für meine Schüler ist dieses Buch eine tolle Bereicherung für den Unterricht.Sehr empfehlenswert
